CPUOff Lite Version 1.3 Released
CPUOff Lite monitors the average CPU usage of a computer and initiates shutdown when the CPU load is less than 15% for more than 60 second. Designed to be simple to install and use CPUOff Lite requires no configuration and works on Windows 2000, Windows XP/2003 and Windows Vista. CPUOff Lite is based on CPUOff and is suitable for most applications. See history for details of the changes in this version.
