Fixes a bug where the log file is not created on Windows Vista if run without administrative priviledges. Adds hibernate support to shutdown options - this was the subject of several user requests. Also other minor bug fixes. CPUOff monitors average CPU load and initiates computer shutdown if the CPU load has been below a specified percentage for a preset time.
