DownOff monitors the average download rate and initiates computer shutdown if the download rate has been below a specified percentage for a preset time. It can be started manually or automatically via the Windows Task Scheduler. DownOff works by monitoring the download directory rather than watching a particular file. KeyOff Lite monitors the keyboard and mouse and initiates computer power off after there has been no activity for more than 15 minutes. The program activates 2 seconds after starting and powers off 1 minute after power off is initiated unless power off is cancelled. It can be initiated either manually or automatically via the Windows Task Scheduler. KeyOff Lite is part of the JSutils group of software utilities which have a theme of energy conservation. CPUOff Lite monitors the average CPU usage of a computer and initiates shutdown when the CPU load is less than 15% for more than 60 second.
