Over the last year the biggest cause of problems with JSutils programs has been with registration. The solution is usually very simple and we have taken the opportunity to list all the causes to date as part of a Registration FAQ to save the need for a support call. If you know of any other problems add a comment to this post.
Successful testing of CPUOff and CPUOff Lite has been carried out on Windows Vista Ultimate. CPUOff Lite worked without any problems apart from one icon in the start menu was blank (this will be corrected in a future release). CPUOff initially gave run time error 339 - this was cured by opening the property tab of the CPUoff executable and changing it to ‘run as admin’ on the compatibility tab.
Wouldn’t it be simpler to remove the need for a registration code since the programs are free?
