EnCalcGU Version 3.0 - Coming June 2010
The update to this gas use and prediction calculator includes the ability to work in months as well as quarters plus the results log file can now be cleared without archiving it. Also included is the ability to handle percentage discounts and a number of bug fixes.  EnCalcGU calculates the cost of gas, allowing both the real cost based on meter readings and forward prediction based on the readings and elapsed time. The results can be saved to a log file for later analysis. The program can cope with different charging rates for gas based on a preset threshold, different calorific values/correction factors, imperial and metric meters, varying tax rates plus fixed charges and discounts enabling most charging models to be handled. It will also calculate the amount of CO2 generated.

Also planned are minor updates to EnCalcL and AllOff.

EnCalcOU Version 1.5 - Released 17th May 2010
This oil use and bill calculator is being enhanced by adding the ability to clear the log file plus there are a number of moinor bug fixes. EnCalcOU calculates the cost of oil, allowing both the real cost based on tank readings and forward prediction based on the readings and elapsed time. The results can be saved to a log file for later analysis. The program can cope with different shaped tanks, work in volume or depth of oil, varying tax rates plus fixed charges enabling most charging models to be handled. It will also calculate the amount of CO2 generated and predict when the tanks next need filling.

DownOff Version 2.5 - Released 24th May 2010

 Download monitor and shutdown utility DownOff has been updated to add the option to archive and clear the log file plus fix a crash bug. See history for more details. DownOff monitors the average download rate and initiates computer shutdown if the download rate has been below a specified percentage for a preset time. It can also be used to shutdown a remote computer. DownOff supports all the normal shut down modes.

 Water bill, use and prediction calculator EnCalcLU has been updated to fix a number of minor bugs. See history for more details. EnCalcLU calculates the cost of water use, allowing both the real cost based on meter readings and forward prediction based on the readings and elapsed time to be calculated. The results can be saved to a log file for later analysis. The program can cope with both water and sewage volume charges, varying tax rates and discounts plus fixed charges enabling most charging models to be handled.

 LANOff Version 4.4 - Released 8th June 2010

 Network monitor and shutdown utility LANOff has been updated to add the option to archive and clear the log file plus fix a few bugs. See history formore  details. LANOff monitors network connections and optionally initiates computer shutdown if the network connection to specified computers is lost. LANOff supports all the normal shut down modes.
