JSutils has just released version 4.1 of LANOff. LANOff monitors network connections and optionally initiates computer shutdown when the specified network connections no longer exist, it can also control the shutdown of remote computers and supports all the normal shut down modes. JSutils has just released version 2.1 of DownOff. DownOff monitors the average download or file transfer rate and initiates computer shutdown if the download rate has been below a specified percentage for a preset time. It can also be used to shutdown a remote computer and supports all the normal shut down modes. See history for change details.

JSutils has just released version 2.2 of AllOff. AllOff monitors the CPU, Keyboard and Mouse and initiates computer shutdown if there is no activity for a preset time. It can also be used to control a remote computer. See history for change details.

EnCalcGU calculates the cost of gas, allowing both the real cost based on meter readings and forward prediction based on the readings and elapsed time. The results can be saved to a log file for later analysis. The program can cope with different charging rates for gas based on a preset threshold, different calorific values/correction factors, imperial and metric meters, varying tax rates plus fixed charges enabling most charging models to be handled. It will also calculate the amount of CO2 generated. EnCalcGU is part of the JSutils group of software utilities which have a theme of energy conservation.
